Preparing kids for the real world means COLLABORATION!!!

One of the most important requirements for being prepared for the future is learning to work with others. Students need to learn how to work effectively with others. Distributing responsibility, over coming shyness, managing conflicts and disagreements are all skills students need to learn.
Today we had 6 groups simultaneously creating a chart in real time. All students were held accountable for their work, everything was transparent for everyone to see the work and all the kids were working hard because they were proud of their work and got to see it on the screen. Instant qualifiers and students learning from others.
